We have done business with Verizon / super media / Dex media, whatever BS shell company they are under now for several years. They are over priced, Arrogant, and not willing to be flexible at all.
This year when I said we would no longer be using their services I was accused of wasting the salesman's time, then Mr. Michael minichello had the audacity to call me back and tell me that I was arrogant.
This after waiting over a year for customer support to make a simple fix to one of our listings which we paid WAY TOO MUCH money for.
Customer Service - A Joke!
Product - Garbage
Price - Ridiculous
Do yourself a favor and go with Haines if you are considering advertising in any phone book.
