Thanks for the advice John. I did go through with a second refund request, and was given my refund in full within two days. Therefore, at least in regards to the refund, this company is sincere. Thanks again John, and Rip-off-Report for the support.

The first time you go to the SurveyScout website, type in your name and email, and ask for a refund, you'll get the message saying not to take any futher action or else you'll go to the back of the que. In my opinion, SurveyScout is either very backed up with refund requests or banks on a percentage of people who ask once for a refund not asking again (letting them keep the money). What you have to do is go to the contact page again and again ask for your refund. At that point you get a message saying that click2bank or whoever their payment processor is will contact you in one day. click2bank will then send an email asking for your name, date of purchase, etc. You give click2bank your information and they process the refund. I waited 5 days without hearing from SurveyScout after my first request. After my second request, click2bank did send me an email and I had a full refund in 3 days.
