Survey Scout quarantees your money back if you are not satisfied. Once you have joined and paid $34.95, you find out there is no email address, no phone # or address, and no other way to request your money back.
There is a support site where you are supposed to be able to create a ticket to ask questions and get help. But there is no option to create a ticket and the only thing that is offered is a knowledge base with the usual questions and answers about joining.
There is nothing on cancellation or refunds.
Your money is gone and there is no way to get it back.
