Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company is nothing but a ripoff. They lie to you on the phone and give you false promises to get out of your lease or financing. They charge outrageous prices, and they slander other companies to serve their own benefit. Stay away from swapalease.com AKA Swap A Lease

They are just an advertising company and they know they can't get you out of your payments.

Swap a Lease is a scam!

YOU DO NOT HELP PEOPLE GET OUT OF THEIR LEASE, ALL YOU DO IS SELL THEM AN AD AND LIE TO THEM. THEN YOU ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH. THOSE THAT ARE CONSIDERING THEM, JUST DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THEM. GOOGLE, SWAP A LEASE RIPOFF, THEY HAVE MANY COMPLAINTS, ACTUALLY I THINK THE PERSON WHO POSTED THE REBUTTAL IS ONE OF THE SCAM ARTISTS WHO'S LISTED ON THE COMPLAINTS. IF EVERYONE COULD GET OUT OF THEIR FINANCING THERE WOULD BE A SMALL AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WITH THEIR CAR FOR SALE.  SWAP A LEASE KNOWS THIS SO THEY PITCH YOU AN AD AT AN OUTRAGEOUS PRICE AND PROVIDE YOU NOTHING BUT LIES.

GOOD LUCK ON EVER HEARING ANYTHING. SPENDING MONEY ON SWAPALEASE.COM WILL BE YOUR BIGGEST REGRET! GUARANTEE IT. THEY ALSO SLANDER COMPANIES THAT CAN ACTUALLY HELP YOU! GO TO THEIR KNOWN SCAMMERS LIST ON THEIR SITE AND PICK ONE OF THOSE COMPANIES TO DO BUSINESS WITH, THAT'S WHAT I DID. KARMA WORKS THAT WAY SWAP A LEASE, YOU ARE SLANDERING GOOD COMPANIES BUT YET YOU SCAM EVERYONE OUT THERE THAT SIGNS UP WITH YOU! SEEMS BACKWARDS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. YOU GUYS STOLE $950 FROM ME, AND I WILL MAKE SURE OTHERS ARE WARNED ABOUT SWAPALEASE.COM

It has been brought to our attention that several individuals posing as legitimate lease buyers have been contacting consumers selling vehicles via online listing services, including Swapalease.com, on a fraudulent basis. As it applies to lease transfers, they are essentially writing their own lease transfer contracts, as opposed to the proper way of transferring a lease under the supervision of the leasing company. In fact, this method of transferring one's lease ('subleasing') is often a breach of contract and may be illegal.

Thankfully, this practice is easy to spot because the only way to properly transfer a lease is through the leasing company with no exceptions. Anyone who tells you they have another way to officially transfer your lease outside of or without the knowledge of the leasing company should not be dealt with.

Please contact Swapalease.com when you are ready to move forward with your lease transfer. Not only will this ensure we are there to guide you through the proper lease transfer process and to answer any questions you may have, but also to further maintain a safe marketplace for all by preventing subleasing transactions from occurring. Remember that we are here to help!
