Hi again,
Of course, no email, no response, one would really think that if some spent $1054.99 and didn't get it or could not get an an email back, they would be responding to this~ I dont think it's a customer, for one if it was 3 months ago, we didnt have anything on our website for this price, for two, if it was last Friday when they ordered, why would they be putting something on ripoff report the very next day? And I have checked all orders that I have got for that price and they have all gone out and I have checked all tracking numbers and they have received them~ I don't think it's another floral business, I have respect for just about everyone that is left, so I think it's someone that is cruel and spitful that has nothing better do except sit on the computer and not go get a job! If I can file something, I will. Thank You. Paula

I am Paula, please email me and tell me your name and your transaction #, I have never once had a scam or rip off report and I have never not send a product or refund~ so please, if this is a real customer~I just looked up the town and name and It didnt show you ordered?
email me so we can fix what you think happened~ we always email people all of our customers back and your saying its been 3 months but you say you just ordered on may 27, which was last friday~ it was memorial day so the post office was closed on Monday, but I know I have answered every email~ we were off on Wed and Thurs this week but that was posted on our site~
I'm wondering if this is a real person or someone trying to sabotage us! I use to sell on Ebay(sweetpaula30) and I had great feedback~ I always try to fix any problems that happens and I have answered all my emails!! my email is [email protected] and as for poppypodcentral.com, that is my family and they have never ripped anyb dy off! they work for me and have a small website on the side~ I am really confused?
Email or respond on here because I feel like this is very unfair and weird~ I promise if you did order on May 27th(WHICH WAS NOT 3 MONTHS AGO)and your cc went through, I WILL EMAIL YOU THE TRACKING # THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE EMAILED TO YOU BY USPS, CANT HELP IT IF THEY SCREW UP, WHICH IS OFTEN AS WE ALL KNOW! OR IF FOR SOME REASON, IT GOT OVER LOOKED WHICH WOULD VERY VERY UNCOMMON, I refund tonight, but I would like you to update on here saying you either jumped the gun or I made a mistake and I refunded you.
This does not sound right, 1st off, if you do order from my site, everyone knows we always return emails and I cannot find one order at this price that I had any complaints about~ we do not have a phone number because we are too busy and we answer all questions through email, most floral sites do this because we offer same day shipping and we are busy trying to get orders out~ we also didnt sell this large of a box 3 months ago, so theres no way it could be for 1049.99? and if it was last Friday(memorial day weekend) we do have a larger box at that price with $5 shipping~ please respond so we can figure this out(if this is a real transaction) I cannot find one email complaining about one thing? and why mention my Sons site? sounds like a hater to me~ Thanks..Paula
