He site promises same day delivery if ordered by 11am PST. She will never hold true to this promise. Beyond that, she will not respond to emails about your order once you order, nor will she offer any explanation or appology about what is going on. She will clear your credit card as soon as possible, and offer no update on shipping because she is not planning on shipping. From what I read from other complaints..if you push hard enough, and reach the point where your card will refund you because she has not sent the item...she may actually send the item out then...weeks later. He hope is that you will give up hope and stop trying because she knows that she is selling ilegal items in her site, and she hopes that you will be too afraid to submit it to your card company. Dont be...she is the only one breaking the law. You wlll have to persist to get your money back, but she must pay you eventually if she wishes to keep ripping people off...which she does. You should immediately report her site to your credit card company. The california BBB, Local law enforcement in South Lake Tahoe, and most importantly her credit card processor Verify.net that she is scamming people online, on top of selling illegal products. She knows that it will be a huge hassle for you to get your money back, which is why she is committed to this scam, but with some persistence, you can get your moeny back...and hopefully eventually put her out of business or even better...in jail. Let her know that her fraud will not be tolerated by her customers!
