Hello,
My name is Carter Pochynok and I'm the current COO of Symrna Cymbals USA.
This is a very old report, coming in at nearly a decade in age and it came from a rival Cymbal foundry in Turkey.
I apologize if this gives anyone cold feet about our brand. This happened well before I joined the company (on-board since May 2017) and while I have seen a couple customer service issues that have inspired me to totally re-think the way we handle our shippping and ordering practices, I have never had an issue with someone outright not getting a product from us. I have seen bad product sent to a customer on only a single occasion and in that instance,
I made the foundry send him a replacement free of charge. Because it's the right thing to do. I'm a working-class drummer myself and I ought to understand the needs of my own demographic.
Hopefully this streak remains consistent and we do not experience any of the issues described by complaints. If we do have such issues I want to hear that from my customers at our [email protected] address so I know where I need to improve this brand because the products truly are exceptional.
