They say that they will charge you $1. for a 30-day supply of this Synagen IQ brain enhancement supplement. The product is misleading at best. It is only Vitamins B2 and B6.
When I tried to cancel electronicly, it took me to a website to press a button to cancel. I didn't realize that also on this page, was another cancel subscription button in smaller print and low on the web page. It took me then to a page that said that I had cancelled my account and will be charged $38. and change! I was under the impression that if I cancelled within the time allotted, that they would not charge me anything further.
I called their cust svc and "James" told me that it was because I used the wrong cancel methos by pressing the big green button to cancel my order on the we., and that now he han lower the price only down to $18.95! I told him that this was very snaky of this company, and misleading. they sure got me and I am angry as a result!
