I was shopping around for a company that would help me with a grant.

I ordered the CD from Synregy Pro Consulting and I did not feel they were the right group for me and went with another company.

I called them to cancell two days after I got the CD and they admitted that they got that message, I had three days to call. That should be the end of the story.

They continued to call me and make offers and services, to the point I was getting confused as to which company I was dealing with.

I had a little mixup with paying my chosen company and I got a call from Synergy asking when I was going to pay, even after I cancelled. Thinking the mixup with the money had caused my company not to get paid, they ask for my check number, routing number and account number. I was not aware of the mixup until I got my bank statement. There was a charge of $5250.00 and they had offered me a reduction of aproximately $750.00. I started calling and they said if I wanted to quit there would be 15% taken off and other fees. The amount quoted to me was 32% off of the full amount amount they took out of my account.

When I tried to appeal to them about being out the $5250 they still did not take no for an answer and offered to help me get a grant to help with my financial situation.

To whom it may concern, We have resolved this with the client. We have sent her a cancellation agreement for her full refund of $5250 but we cannot send her the refund without the signed agreement. This is simply for her safety to prove in writing that we will send her the refund. As soon as we receive that agreement we will gladly send her the refund. Thank you Kristen Mitchell Customer Service Manager
