I am responding to your request for more contact information to identify my file. I paid Synergy $6,300 in May 2009 to help me prepare a grant application to the Department of Energy. The DOE deemed my application as "non-responsive" because it did not follow their guidelines. I paid the $6300 to make sure it did follow guidelines and would get a fair review.
I want my $6300 back now.
