Check your CONTRACT. Does it say "1500 anytime minutes" or "3000 anytime minutes"? Also, check your plan detail. You can also view your T-Mobile bill online as well. I think you're confused as to which plan you selected. You might have thought you got the 3000 plan, but instead got the 1500 plan. Again, check your CONTRACT.

We have a nationwide coverage as we travel a lot. there are no roaming or long didtance charges on the bill. We went over it with a fine tooth comb, and after 1500 weekday minutes ( we have unlimited weekend and mobil to mobil ) we have been billed for over $1000.00 dollars over the past 4 months. We have tried to straighten it out with several tsr's but to no avail.

Are you making long distance calls or roaming? My husband's 3000 Anytime Minutes are only for calls within California. The only time he has ever been charged per minute is when he used his cell while we were in Atlanta for a week, which we knew would be the case, because we read the contract terms before. I don't have to worry about long distance or roaming, as my 1000 Anytime Minutes plan includes these for free. We have been with T-Mobile for three years now and have never, ever had a single billing issue. Other than that one time we expected, our bills NEVER vary more than a dollar or two.

I am ED, the original complainant in this thing. The original deal that we had was for 3000 anytine minutes!!! I don't care what they call it. T-mobil can call the plan Pumpkin pie for all I care. The billing statement says " 3000 " free anytime minutes and that is waht I was expecting.

Sir, I find it very difficult to believe that your plan has "1500 minutes" in the name, and you expect to have 3000 minutes.

I previously had T-Mobile service over a year ago. They were pretty good. Hardly ever a dropped call (probably had to do with the fact that I lived in the midwest, so there were no valleys and mountains to deal with). Never had a problem with billing because when I went over my anytime minutes, I learned not to do it again (my wife and I had a share plan, but I kept calling our home phone instead of her cell phone...stupid me). As for your complaint, I'm confused. You *said* that you signed up for the 1500 Unlimited Weekend plan, am I correct? If so, that means you *only* get 1500 anytime minutes, *not* 3000. Go and check what plan you signed up for exactly by calling their Customer Service line or by visiting one of their Retail Stores. ONLY the retail stores can see what Customer Service sees (I used to actually work for Cricket Communications). Suggestion: You might want to change to their 3000 anytime minutes plan, if they have one available.
