I recently viewed my AT&T home phone service bill online and I saw this charge (I redacted my phone number for privacy purposes):

When I called the phone number above to say WTF, I spoke with an operator named Maria who asked me to provide my phone number, name, address and email address (which I did, reluctantly). She said my information was on file as having been signed up through usprizedraw.com . I told her absolutely not, that this was fraud and told her to immediately cancel my "membership," refund my money for this "service" and that I would like to file a fraud report. She pleasantly cancelled my membership and gave me a cancellation number; she then supposedly credited the funds back to my AT&T account. She informed me, however, it takes between 30 and 60 business days for the credit to appear on my bill!
I checked www.usprizedraw.com and it's not even a U.S. company. I tried to enter in my email address only to be told there was no such address on file. I checked their terms and conditions and there is nothing there about Talent and More LLC nor is there mention of any monthly service charge.
This is a total rip-off and we'll see if and when I get my money back. I'll probably be out the tax too! To be on the safe side I am forwarding this to the CT Attorney General, Richard Blumenthal.

I got a charge on my phone bill from Talent and More for a $19.95/mo service that I didn't sign up for. When I went to their website, that I supposedly signed up on ... there is NO way to register a new account! Good luck, I hope you get reimbursed ... luckily, I caught mine immediately and got the phone company to remove the charges. I also had my phone number blocked from receiving Third Party Billing.
