After finding two charges on my verizon (nj) October 2009 bill I did my homework on this company, here are my findings: Talent and More, talent and more llc, forever glam, bigstring.com were listed on my bill. 

If you go to the bbb.org and type in 'talent and more' name a full report comes up, these people have another company called 'The Christensen Group', 407-302-2272.  This appears to be their "legitimate" agency.  I would harass this #, this is the physical address, and not a PO Box: 1971 Lee Road, Winter Park FL 32789. The owners and names of people associated with the company are: Ms. Linda Koldenhoven (President), Mr. Joey Amato  (Director of Talent), Ms. Kim Houck  (Talent Payroll), Ms. Kristen Koldenhoven  (Vice President). 

The site doesn't want me to put an email address but I think that everyone should look this place up on the bbb.org. Take the ten minutes to file an FTC complaint. This new company (talent and more) only was est. in March of this year, I am AMAZED that the FTC doesn't have an open file on them, I think everyone is trying to fight them directly. Tell your phone company you know - that they know, this is a NATIONWIDE CRAMMING SCAM. After 3 reps at Verizon I was able to get the charges credited and a "third party billing block", called a 'misc block' - which is FREE. placed on the phone, to prevent this from happening again.

*** This occured on my grandmother's home phone.  ***Your phone company representatives are TOLD to tell you that you have to contact them directly.  THERE IS A PROCESS FOR HANDLING CRAMMING AT THE PHONE COMPANY **You should tell your phone company the following: I know that you are aware of this problem and you are instructed to not help credit this.  I am filing a complaint with the FTC, against the third party and I will file a complaint with bbb.org against you (my phone company) as well. 

The BBB.org rule states: you must give the company (my phone company) an opportunity to help you, this is your opportunity to help me.  If you refuse to help me, I will be noting your name and ID# in the complaint  against Verizon/ATT whoever your TELEPHONE company is.

Get your representatives ID information BEFORE you get into your problem, this makes them accountable, and cannot just drop the line on you - ATT and Verizon like to play this game.  If they refuse to give it to you, ask them what call center they are in (state, city) ask them how if you were to ever call back how you could identify that you were speaking with who they say they are.  Usually bottom level reps have #s - once you get to someone real they only use their last name and will give you confirmation codes of credits to your phone bills. 

THIS IS HOW TO GET THIS CREDITED TO YOUR PHONE BILL!!!  It is very important to still file a complain with the FTC, even after cramming has been resolved. that is how these people will get caught.
