Just an FYI, due to guest complaints over the gift registry policy we are now able to return registry items via a gift purchase log that you can access on the store registry kiosks. Anything that appears on that log can now be returned, up to two of these gift purchase log returns a year, and each of these can add up to $150 per time, so my suggestion is wait until all of your showers are done before you go to return them. Another FYI, the no receipt return policy has been upped from $20 to $35. And please refrain from insulting the intelligence of others because you aren't getting your way. YES, we understand you're upset, and YES, we are trying to do our best to accomodate you, but if you sit and yell at us or act rude that is going to make us less inclined to actually want to help you. I have worked in the Guest Service department at Target for the past 3 years. I'm in college, it's a retail job, and it happens to pay for my bills, gas, and education so that I'm NOT stuck in that job for the rest of my life. Certainly you had a job similar to that when you were in high school/college. You have no idea the type of disrespect and rudeness that we have to put up with day after day, and people like you don't help that situation at all. And if you say that you have worked in retail and know exactly how it goes, then why, pray tell, are you yelling at me over a situation in which I have no power in? You should know what it feels like, so grow up and start acting like an adult.

The complaintant in this report is being unfair when incinuating that because the employee works at Target, that has something to do with the level of intelligence of that individual. Many people, especially in the hard economic times that we live in, either work a second job to get by or might even be one of the unfortunate people who have been downsized from a former employer due to the economy. You should focus your frustrations at what you are really mad at, not attack the person who is being paid to carry out the policy.
