Ok, I've read some of these reports about how bad a place Tax Inc. is, and I don't agree in the least. Since I've been there, which has been over two years, all the CEO does is obsess about how to service his clients. He has meetings all the time, his managers have meetings, and his goal is to make the company like Zappos: all about service. I know that before I came there was another partner who was apparently terrible at running the service department. Since he left, it's apparently a different company. Look at the reports. You won't see many recently, because all of our clients are serviced impeccably. They have an amazing software program that tracks everything on a case, and the reports that clients are never contacted is boloney. Clients must be contacted every 7 days or it shows an alert, and for the most part that number is between 3-5 days or we get spoken to. No lead agent has more than 200 cases each, so they are not overworked, and there are 1.5 case managers for every lead agent, so they have plenty of support staff. I worked at a different company before I came here and it was so much different. Most of these companies only care about sales, but this one is completely dedicated to customer service. The complaints that they didn't return phone calls was years ago, because that's literally impossible now (and to my knowledge it was a little different than it is now, as far as the lengths they go to make clients happy) but they always did the work, so those reports that this is a scam are totally unfounded. I really wish there was a place for people to go and sing the praises of companies instead of complaining all the time. If you have a problem with a case, call us. We will gladly review the issue and be fair and honest. But don't be cowardly and anonymously try and ruin the reputation of a company that tries harder than any other resolution firm to help it's clients. If you're that upset about what happened, you probably screwed up and didn't return the paperwork or file the offer that was prepared for you. That's the only time clients get mad, when they dropped the ball and try and say it was our fault. GROW UP! Seriously, this is absurd already. I had to vent, because I love my job, love my bosses, and love this company, and I get mad when people don't take responsibility for their issues. We don't have a magic wand, but we try really, really hard to take care of your tax problem Please respect that. Thanks!

First off, people have indeed been ripped off,and calling us cowards is total BS.We are mostly people with money problems or we would sue your A** in a minute.So complaints are legit buddy and not cowardly.

Second,Even if mistakes were client error, your so called honest company should have a better out reach program.  How about working for the client by better communication and update procedures to start with.When I called,All I got was too bad to sad attitude and never could get any detailed work in writing that was actually performed.

In my case, My tax returns were lost in the mail and the irs didn't receive them till months after.No fault of mine,and when received by the irs, I called and by your rules of good business practice,all I was told that I took too long to file my taxes so no help for you,we redflagged you.Your company's words.No resolution,no refund for services not completed on your part.The paper work needed for an OIC could not have been completed or you would have worked with me.Instead your company just out of pure laziness or lack of professionalism Failed to follow though.What the f**k is your REDFLAG  policy anyway. OH<Good business practice>Come on!!!

Since you were unable to give me anything in writing,failing to keep me informed, lost my paperwork which took me couple days to complete and then doing a second set which this set was sent to them certified mail which they got since they had to sign for them this time.I think you can figure out what their intentions were..Again I had to call and see what was taking your company so long.Then when my tax returns were sent back to me from Tax Inc. to sign and send,I got back information I had sent in my first set of paperwork,That was supposed to be lost,both sets of paperwork and 1099's,so your company lied just to see if I would indeed do two sets of ungodly paper work or just give up.I really believe I did more work than Tax Inc. did.I paid 7500.00 and asked to know exactly what you did in writing and been refused.

It would be very easy to find out who I am if you think I'm a coward,I emailed Julie Chung and actually got a BS response last month and all it said was I was already informed of what Tax Inc. has done by phone call which I made not Tax inc. calling me,me calling to find out what was going on.REDFLAGGED for not filing quick enough.Well Tax Inc. can take all the time they want and kept me uninformed and charged me for work they didn't do.Still waiting for some type of written receipt of services provided.Also emailed ceo Josh Silver to look into my case and get a possible partial refund, but he never contacted me to this day.Easy to figure who I am. I'm in NC.Lucky for you.Although I always wanted to visit California.

Plain and simple,your company is just looking for the easy buck once a client pays up front and not willing to go the extra mile when needed.Until I get some kind of refund or even just a written receipt of actual work done and how my 7500.00 was used,this is all I can do,Is inform others  my experience with Tax Inc.and not be a SO CALLED COWARD and do nothing.What an ignorant statement you made. You really sound like a KISS A**....
