Team USA seems to do this quite often because you decided to choose a broker and the price of the move they quoted was way too low for anyone to take. Draft up a letter detailing the circumstances surrounding the proposed move by Team USA and demand your deposit back, send it by Certified Mail, return receipt requested and be sure to copy the Florida Attorney General, the BBB, the FMCSA, and your Credit Card Company/Bank, depending on how you remitted payment. That should get the attention of a few people - if that still doesn't work, you'll probably have to sue them for the deposit. In the future - NEVER use a mover you found on the internet. Use a major named mover and make certain they come and see your belongings BEFORE the move, and not have you complete a ridiculous inventory sheet. That's their job to do, not for you to do for them.
