I can confirm what is said about Tech Skills here is true. I had the exact same problem with the Wisconsin (Brookfield) branch. Before I took the course they were all a bunch of "car salesmen" trying to tell me how great they were at coaching you through the whole process, helping you every step of the way, etc etc ... ALL LIES. Once I actually got going in the course they handed me a book and told me to read it and do the self-tests in it and pretty much "bye". They didn't want to help me even after I read through most of the book and had questions. They constantly ignored me when I needed help with something. I had ended up putting the class on pause because of the huge amount of time I had to take with it and had other real college courses that needed more attention - but was told i could take as LONG AS I NEEDED to complete the course. I came back to the course after a year or so to finish it out and they changed their attitude for the WORSE actually - They said there were time limits and didn't want to let me finish the course even after they had my money and didn't do a d**n thing to help me! I argued with them that I was told several times I could continue and have unlimited time to finish as I was told multiple times and reminded them I paid for the course already and they didn't do anything to help me to earn that money. They got real attitudes... They put me in a room and I had to wait for the manager. The manager came in and as soon as he saw a FEMALE in the room he huffed and said "i'd never pass" and walked out! Yes these people are massively SEXIST towards females. They finally caved and let me continue the course. I had to pass a certain percentage to get my college class passed (it was part of my B.S. in IT at a university) and if I passed a HIGHER percentage I could take the (paid) exam which I didn't want to bother with at this point since I didn't want to pay those losers any more money. I passed the exam to the university's standards pretty quick and they told me it wasn't a high enough score! I was like Uh wth yes it is! They refused to let me hand in my paper until I got the very high score. I stayed longer than I wanted to (There was a nasty snow storm that day!) and finally handed in the high score paper. They asked me if I was taking the paid test and I told them YET AGAIN that I was not going to and It was for the college. The s****.!
