Ted Mays Hometown Property Maintenance Ted Mays Painting, Teds Painting Painting unacceptable State College Area Pennsylvania
I hired Ted Mays to paint my house. I had hired him before and he had done okay work. This time the work was terrible. First he did a poor job patching nail holes and just painted over them without patching entirely and sanding properly. He said he painted two coats on all walls, but around all of the trim and baseboards, he did a poor job as the second coat did not cover many spots and there were clearly bare spots from the previous white paint showing everywhere. He had a total disregard for my furntiture and belongings. He got paint drippings over the baseboards and didn't bother to wipe them off, he also dripped paint on my rugs and broke two toilet seats, as well as taking a chunk out of a corner of a small cabinet I had sitting in the kitchen. He left paint dripped in many areas, so there are walls that have paint dripped on them. He also got paint on the ceiling, which he cam back the next week and painted over, however, he did not fix any of the white spots along all of the trim and and he did not re-patch the holes that I asked him to fix. I would never recommend him to anyone again!
