Purchased internet access terminals and induced me to pay fee to a locating company called CPL Locating. According to manufacturer in Dallas, machines were never ordered so therefore they never at anytime intended to deliver the purchased machines. Anyone similarly cheated please contact me. Since Tel2Net was a sham corporation, its purpose for existance was or is to commit fraud, it seems we should be able to obtain restitution from Lawrence Lang, if locatable.

I, too, have been duped by Tel2Net in Florida. I ordered and paid for (2) internet access terminals. The gentleman who runs CPL Locating, Marty Hudson, was able to make a few phone calls and (1) terminal was sent to me. He also did as promised and arranged for a locator to find a good spot for my terminal, which was handled by a gentleman here on Long Island. Subsequent phone calls to CPL just give me his answering machine. No matter what time of day I call, my calls are not returned. Perhaps he has disappeared as well. When I called the local locator about a week ago, he said he has not heard at all from CPL. I did contact TelEasy Corp. in Texas, the actual manufacturer of the terminal who sold them to Tel2Net. They are aware that Tel2Net has disappeared, and of course, that has nothing to do with them. They did provide me with technical support and are available for ongoing support, online and on the telephone. They also emailed me all of the "start-up" information for installation. Has anyone contacted the Attorney General for the state of Florida?? I would appreciate any feedback.

Dear Peter, you can join many other victims of the same people by contacting the department of consumer services in Florida. They know about this case and will direct you. I am one of these victims.
