Telebrands Comfy Control Harness for dogs Total bunch of thieves - advertise "free shipping" and then charge you almost $24 Ashburn, Virginia
They sent an e-mail advertising a harness for dogs that actually looks like a good product. Both harnesses & leashes for my 2 dogs came to $37.96. They then ask you if you'd like to upgrade to a better quality fabric and receive free shipping - well, of course for only $4.99 per harness. I did so & they charged me almost $24 shipping. They finalize the order with no way for you to review first. They offer you a "shipping credit" on websites & merchandise you'd never want in a million years. They are thieves. I called customer care & they couldn't help me because the order doesn't show on her system yet. There is no way to cancel on line. These people should be out of business.
