"The second - free" - was advertised, but actually
during the ordering, they did not show the total sum of order until everything is finished, and you cannot cancel the order.
There is no usual confirmation step. Instead they send you "Thank you for the order" email, and you learn that they do not charge you $10 for the second bulb - so, it is free.
But they charge you $7.99 for SH of the second bulb - just the same SH charge as for the first bulb, so the total SH is $7.99 x 2 = 13.98! (- you learn it AFTER the order is finished.
And with no email address, no fax, the only way to cancel the order is phone call, which should be done before the order is processed.
I spent a lot of time to cancel the order and to get a written confirmation of the cancelling.
