Complaint Review: Texas Education Agency - Austin Texas

First of all, I would like to ask where are the Parents of those children and why aren't they doing their part to keep those students in school?

GET THIS STRAIGHT RIGHT NOW, THESE ILLEGALS ARE NOT ALL MEXICANS. THEY COME FROM THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC AND CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA.

JUST BECAUSE ALL THESE GROUPS SPEAK SPANISH DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY ALL SHARE THE SAME LOW CLASS, WELFARE LIFESTYLE EITHER.

My own grandparents and father came here from Mexico and they contributed to this country and never took a dime of welfare!

You can NOT  blame a certain style of behavior on ONE ethnic group such as African Americans because the White kids are equally guilty and I suspect they are also being thrown out of the Mesquite ISD in a ratio to the Hispanic and Black kids too--- like they are here.

Divorce and illegitimacy has removed fathers from the homes, assuming they were ever there or cared to stay there in the first place.

In many cases, the mother is strung out on dope, emotionally immature, suffering with mental illness, going to bed with many men and may suffer from parental alienation.

The kids usually get dumped on  old, tired, sometimes ill grandparents or other family members who do not want them and resent their presence.That is, the ones who are not murdered at birth or abandoned alongside the road on the way to the club or abandoned in a dumpster. Or sold to human traffickers or worse...tortured to death in outrageous parental abuse cases.

Sometimes the kids are left to fend for themselves without any parental role models or even parents in the house.

The only consistent male role model any of these kids see is gangsta rappers and other stereotyped trash on TV. And there are always the ex-con homies down the street who will be glad to teach them to hustle, lie, sell dope, pimp,con, commit burglaries and hits and break into vehicles and steal them for chop shops.

You tell a kid "no" enough that he or she cannot have anything at all and that kid will find a way to get it by whatever means because he or she is tired of feeling deprived. And those means will almost always be criminal.

To have a sense of belonging and identity, kids will join a criminal street gang if one is available.

Education is not valued here either. Most of these folks have  lived by the con --scheming and stealing and doing marginally illegal  things to scrape by. They live in squalor and manage to get by and why should their kids aspire to any better. So the kids don't know any better. They don't understand why they have to attend school, they are just "doing time" and do not care and they end up getting booted out.

NOT JUST BLACKS, NOT JUST "HISPANICS." AND NOT JUST WHITES!

This deplorable tragedy affects almost ALL kids in these lowest socioeconomic levels. Some get out, others never do.

THE CHALLENGE IS HOW TO GET THE PARENTS INVOLVED IN INSTILLING GOOD MORAL VALUES IN THEIR CHILDREN AND HOW TO CIVILIZE THEM SO THEY WILL EVEN BE ABLE TO LEARN --IF THEY ARE EVEN CAPABLE--SO THAT THEY LEAVE THE WELFARE BENEFIT BAZAAR AND BECOME SELF-PRODUCTIVE CITIZENS.

If you can win over the parents, better things will happen in schools.

Don't blame the school district for tossing out the 2 races of people who have smaller brains and refuse to learn! Ok- you have a school district that is required to put blacks and mexicans in the same room as human beings (white kids) and you are shocked that they act like the 3rd world savages they are? All the blacks want to do all day is disrupt classes, rob kids and play basketball. All the mexicans want to do is toss trash on the ground, have sex with anyone or any animal that will let them and spray paint on the walls. Dont blame whitey because your race is worthless.

How is this a rip off pertaining to you? Was your child expelled?
