THE CREDIT REVIEW FIRM - DAVID PRUITT - FRANK COOPLE AN INSIDER REPORT, A CREDIT REPAIR COMPANY THAT IS A RIPOFF BEWARE! Henderson Nevada
This is a consumer warning to anyone thinking about utilizing this credit repair "ripoff" company. The Credit review firm is a complete ripoff for clients wishing to improve their credit files. The company does not deliver what they promise as well as the owner of the company, David Pruitt aka Frank Coople, does not know anything about enforcing consumer rights in accordance with the fair credit reporting act, fair debt collections practices act or the Fair and accurate credit transactions act.
I did contract work for the company and the owner called me constantly to ask questions that he should have known. I enlightened him on the fact that he should not be collecting fees upfront for his services and I told him that he needed to make sure that he was operating his business in accordance with the credit repair organizations act(CROA)--which he was not. He charges consumers outlandish prices, is breaking state and federal statutes and refuses to honor contracts that he has made the credit repair specialists that he hires.
I have already reported his actions as far as his upfront payment collection practices which are prohibited by the CROA to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). If you are a consumer who has been charged upfront for credit repair services, please report this violation by this company to the FTC
