The Entrepreneur's Source-Southbury, CT-Terry Powell Written Agreement to pay me $80K When Territory Was Sold-NOT PAID! Southbury Connecticut
This complaint is straight forward. TES - Terry Powell and I had a written agreement that I would be paid $80,000 when my territory was sold. It was sold and Terry Powell refused to pay me, in spite of a written agreement. Again, like others, a counterclaim was made. We went to arbitration in CT. Terry Powell in a private conversation with me, said "there is no way that I am going to pay you. I have your $80,000 and I will use it to fight any thing you bring my way". I had spent over $10,000 of good money going after the $80,000 of "bad money". My wife, a voice of reason, told me to go on with my life and stop thinking about this 'miserable excuse for a person' and she was referring to Terry Powell.
Six years ago, I did move on and have been better off. There are some people in business that have no right to breath. We would hold Terry Powell in the same cell as Bernard Maidoff! Thanks for letting me vent! We have had many conversations with the Attorney General's Office.
If you are thinking of being involved with TES-please think again. This is headed by one really nasty excuse of a human being!

I received a call from the owner of TES and he asked me about this report about 4 days ago. I was not aware of any report and he sent me the link for this report. I immediately went to this site and tried to remove it myself. That function was not available. I have now contacted that web site twice and explained that somebody had gotten into my AOL e-mail and had sent out e-mails to everyone in my e-mail list, including the owner of TES. Somebody used my e-mail address and my password to get into Ripoffreport.com without my permission. This individual knew of my past dealings with TES. They chose not to use my name, but they did everything they could to identify me without my name. They sited specific numbers and even entered my home city. That is not something that somebody would do if they meant to remain unknown. Today, for the second time in 3 days, I have sent e-mails to RipOffReport.com, explained this situation and asked to have this posting removed. I am doing my best to rectify this situation. Copies of my requests were sent to the owner of TES. My issues with TES are way in my past and I do not have any reason or desire to bring them to the surface, now or ever!
