The Fidelity Land Trust Company, LLC Paul Gellenbeck , Adam Forman , Peter Travis Never returned promised refund even when there was no signed contract Boca Raton Florida
In August 2012 Peter Travis and Adam Forman spoke with me and talked me into signing up with fidelity landtrust.. i payed $3,500.00 ! Before I could even sign a contract I started getting suspicious phone calls stating that Fidelity land trust was running a scam. When I contacted Adam Forman and Peter Travis they started finding excuses and not talking to me after repeated not answered phone calls.. I got in touch with someone and demanded my money back ! that's how I got in contact with Paul Gellenbeck. He was the one in charge of all the money paid to fidelity landtrust . After several phone calls and promises and emails that he will refund me my money.. He began not answering my phone calls as well.. He said the attorney Generals office froze his assets .. I wrote several emails to the AGO as well with complaints but not much help there either.. They are really vague about everything and will not give you a straight answer or help.
