What a scam this company listed administration job opportunities for this company and I r
eplied for this job opportunity and they replied and set up an interview only to be directed into a room filled with people. Talk about baite and switch! It turns out they claim everyone that works in their company is a "talent scout" and is given opportunities to win contests to move up the food chain of "job titles" they hsve listed on their website. They have a "talent scout drill sargent" who does very basic roll playing exercises for 2 hours then kicks everyone out onto south street and dangles a "reward" to who ever brings back the most solicited information irregardless of anyone's safety!
They have the audacity to preach "quality not quanity" and bring in a fellow "talent scout" who supposedly has only been with the company less than a month and has collected solicited information from over 500 people then we were told this is where we all need to be!
When this person was asked how many of these 500 people were actually signed she was very evasive and said the office is still working on that then she was asked how much has she been paid again she avoided answering this direct question and said that she was neing taken care of very well! This has SCAM written all of it! Essentially they have worker bee's "talent scouts" and flufferes recruiting, roll playing and rhah rhah pep rally the worker bee's to go fetch " new talent"!
BEWARE PEOPLE IF THIS IS HOW THIS COMPANY TREATS THEIR EMPLOYEES IMAGINE HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENTS!
