The Maids Home Services BEWARE OF A SCAM Levittown Pennsylvania
This company cleaned my apartment, which was already clean (rugs were cleaned) The reason for hiring this company was to get my apartment ready to turn in the keys. I was quoted $155.00 per hour by Eric (operations manager) four women show to clean a 2 bedroom 700 square foot apartment
Keep in mind this apartment only had 2 bedrooms and one sofa and one table. The Maids Home Services charged me
$248.00 to clean a apartment. Eric claimed it took 4 women an hour and half to clean a refrigerator and vacuum
A floor that was already cleaned! Hence the women forgot to clean the freezer. I left the women alone in the apartment
I should have clocked them, because they claimed they were there longer than one hour! ERIC DID NOTHING TO HELP ME
IN THIS BAD ECOMONY! ERIC CHARGED NY CARD FOR $248.00. I ASKED FOR DOCUMENTATION, BUT HE FAILED TO PROVIDE ANY PROOF OF THE TIME THE WOMEN SPENT CLEANING MY ALREADY CLEANED APARTMENT
ALL THEY CLEANED WAS ONE BATHROOM AND A REFRIDGERATOR. DONT EVER CONTACT THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!! BEWARE OF THE FOOT IN THE DOOR PRICE THEY SCAM YOU!

As a former co-owner of a sister franchise, I can say that in the 4 years I was there that we ran into some seriously nasty "small, already clean" apartments.
I would imagine that they *were* there longer than an hour. Much longer. Some people are just completely unable to see dirt the way we see it, and the way we trained our employees meant we couldn't ever do a "quick wipe down".
We dealt with a few customers like you - and we wouldn't work with you either. Not because you were unhappy, mind you - but because you're the hysterical type who refuses to consider that the place was dirtier than you realized.
If you didn't expressly tell them "don't vacuum, the rugs were just cleaned" - that's your fault. Not The Maids'.
