I ordered 14 days ago and my order says shipped but the tracking number says otherwise. contacted the company and was treated horribly! They lied and said tey shipped it but never did! Customer offered multiple options, instead customer was rude and used expletives

As you can see in the screen shot, when Tiffany contacted us we apologized for the inconvenience and asked that she give us time to investigate the cause for the delay. 

She responded using expletives and accused us of lying.

We then explained to her that we have had issues with our particular post office and informed her that when she receives her package, to return it unopened and we will refund her money promptly INCLUDING shipping.

Tiffany responded again with insults and threats, and it was at that point that we realized that nothing we said was going to change her views and opinions of our company and we bid her a good day. 

She is incorrect in saying that we scammed her. We have not stolen her money. We offered her multiple solutions to her order issues INCLUDING a refund! The issue at hand is locating her package, which, per USPS website, is in route to her location. You can check the tracking for yourself: 9400110200986510858191.

While we have had shipping issues in the past, we pride ourselves on providing excellent products and customer service. With over 8,000 customers and hundreds of 5 star reviews, we ask the potential customers see for themselves instead of relying on false accusations from one customer. 

We understand frustrations caused by delayed shipping and we work hard to rectify these issues in a way that makes our customers 100% happy. The only thing that we ask is for mutual respect. Tiffany became very belligerent, accusatory, and disrespectful and it was at that point that we offered her a full refund and recommended that she take her business elsewhere.
