The Room Store The Room Store "Warranty" is a Joke Scottsdale, Arizona
The Room Store warranty is a Joke. We purchased a Sofa as well as other furniture from the Room Store in July of 2012. After 5 months of limited use the sofa cushion develpoed a hole in the side. It appeared the fabric was defective. So here we are with a quarter size hole in the cushion of a new sofa. When I spoke to the Store Manager (Elizabeth) I was told that this was not covered under the warranty and told this was normal wear and tear. After arguing for ten minutes it was obvious this was not going anywhere. This company is not interested in "customer satisfaction" or repeat business. If you want cheap furniture at a reasonable price, this is the place to go. When you leave the store don't look back because you're on your own.
