we have filed a lawsuit as well....Im one of three detailers that did not get paid on a HVAC 3D BIM job we did for this HVAC contractor. Very unprofessional dealing with Tim Paul and Chris. We wont let them get away with it.. 15,000.00 due.. We have filed a mechanics lein to get a lein on the owners property.. we have filed a lawsuit as well... I hope this will make them pay their bills to all of u.. do work for them.
