Complaint Review: The Shaggy Dog - Watertown New York

Ye say rubbish eh?.... Hmm,thats because ye know I speak the truth,Cath will be most interested to hear ye rebuttal seeing as what she said was also truth,ye don't go and slag someones country especially when they have only known ye just a few minutes,she was most upset at that but had enough class to keep it to herself,and she is a LADY!...try taking some cues from her.

Such rubbish does not even deserve a reply. The people who matter know the way things really are.

As far as my rebuttal to Beverly Horning I will not stoop to her level,I did not attack her or her daughter on a personal level only on a business level but seeing they want to air my personal business on the internet then let it be known they started this war and I'll finish it.... I can say with a clear mind I never had any young boys come into the shop to help clean,and the mother mouse was brought back to the shop,I never sold another after that,I bought the mice for the boys and sent them home in card board box's that are provided just for that purpose,the toys were also out of my own pocket,but it seems every time I tried to explain this to the owner I was just blowing emtpy words,I got tired of defending myself to her when it came to her mother,her mother has lied to her about things I supposely did or did not do...example-The local news station had called and asked if they could do an interview in regards to the rescuse operation for the cats,I had said the owner was not there that she was on vacation so the man asked me if he thought it might be ok if he interviewed me about it and I had said that I thought it might be ok seeing as I had helped this woman through out the summer with stray kittens,I helped foster them and took care of them so I knew about the works of the operation,well the womans mother(Beverly Horning)was there and I had asked her if she would wanted to say anything in regards to the rescue and she said NO!...so I did the interview by myself and the next day it was pulled,I can just imagin what lies she told her daughter in regards to that,she has told her daughter lies herself,I know this cuz the daughter has said her mother lies to her...as far as my gun shot wound,geez it was not a show off moment...the daughter had even told me that her mother will not work out,complained how she never kept her house clean,didn't feed her horse's or muck the stall's...I do know that the daughter gets really angry and would come to work mad because of her mother....the daughter does not joke when she talks about how she hates children,she told me all the time how she hates one of her own children,I could say exactly what she says about her child but I wont in the event that the boy does look at this site... Now...my husbands boss has been waiting for the daughter to call him to say she has stolen goods from my husband(towels/wash cloths),in fact Beverly and Wendy the name of the company is Northern Linen Services,their waiting for ye call! All I wanted was to do my job and come back the next day knowin that there would be no drama but drama it was,and customers told me how both mother and daughter are rude,snide and s****.... I am the mother of the owner of The Shaggy Dog. My daughter runs a non-profit rescue organization and has been carefully instructed by a veterinarian on how to administer medications to sick and injured animals. She does demand that things be done the way she instructs...isn't it that way with all employers? This employee gave merchandise away to neighborhood children to get them to help her clean, something she was not given permission to do. (they came in after she left asking for her because they needed more supplies) She sold pregnant female mice 'because the owner had too many having babies' after being told that no females were to be sold from the breeding tanks. She took toys and treats off the shelves and put them in cages after being told not to (for specific reasons). She was asked not to ring up her own purchases...a normal rule in every store. Heating pads were removed from cages when they were needed for warmth. These are just a few examples of her utter disregard for the instructions of the owner. She claimed to have a 'medical perscription' for marijuana in New York State...of course there is no such thing. Out of concern for what 'sales' or 'purchases' may have been conducted at the store, a few customers were questioned as to what they had witnessed. She came in telling what terrible abuse she had witnessed at her former employer, as she put in her report about THEM...abuse is abuse...she either saw it or she didn't. Did she lie about it? Why did she use a fake name on one posting? One common spelling error tells us that she wrote both. She never saw any abuse at the Shaggy Dog because it just does not happen. My daughter would never have said that she enjoyed a dog being in pain...what rubbish! There are may times when dealing with children that a person will make a comment like 'I hate kids'...we've all done it. I very seriously doubt that my daughter would ever say that she wished they would all die, unless it was in jest. I myself have suggested that we would all be better off if we adopted another puppy rather than having another child. I have to wonder why a person who tells someone about the things that are being stolen from her husband's employer would be surprised when she is questioned about what she is removing from the store? This person has no problem except to try to create a problem where there is none. I was not impressed when she was showing off her gunshot wounds to show how tough she is. I suggest she get a life!
