Complaint Review: The Suntan Boutique - Scottsdale Arizona

The man who is making this claim came into my salon and tanned one time.I can furnish the date what he bought and how he paid and his dl number if I need to.When someone new comes in they fill out a membership form.On that form there is a place for his email address which he filled in to receive emails from us.I have received 3 emails from this man the first on was to take him off of our email list which was done.However we sell gold canyon candles and his email was on that list as well.I do not send those out myself, gold canyon has a computer program that does it for me.At the bottom of their email it says to be removed click here.This is what I received saturday OK SO i HAVE SENT THIS TO YOU NUMEROUS TIMES . I HAVE ASKED YOU TO REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LIST, YET YOU CONTINUE TO SEND ME STUFF. I don't think I could make myself more clear so now I will make ample use of my time to send out emails telling people how horrible your business is and I will make it my life's work to put your business on every list of crappy companies on the net I can find!!!! REMOVE MY NAME AND EMAIL FROM YOUR LIST !! I informed him that if he actually read the email he would see there is a place to be removed .That I do not send out these emails.We do not sell email addresses.And told him not to put his email on forms if he does not want to receive emails from companies.The following is what I received back Uh first off I did try TO remove and it doesn't work. Because I am still getting emails Second off don't try and act like a b____ in an email cause I don't really care. Oh and in case you don't read up on your law that often, I have the right as a consumer to tell people about any business I don't like who sends junk mail out to others, I All you had to do was say no problem, sorry about the mix up and move on, but no you had to be b___ of the year and send out a s___ a__ email, rather than be an adult about things. The email address I replied to is "The Suntan Boutique", and yes I HAVE NUMEROUS TIMES, ASKED TO HAVE MY NAME REMOVED FROM THAT LIST!!! I don't give out my email and I never sign up for MLM Marketing crap i an>n places cause I am a lot smarter than that. As for how you got my email address I don't know, and I don't care. You have no succeeded in p____ someone off with your stupid email. On that note, GET F___ This was my response to him OK you tanned at my salon and I have your signature on a membership form with your email address.You have never stated you used the link at the bottom of the page and it did not work.There are also copies of all of you messages all 2 of them and in the last one you threaten to spam my email and if you know the law that is identity theft.So proving what you've said in an email won't be hard at all.Gold canyon is a very large company and I find it really hard to believe you are the only person who cannot get removed by using their link but,I will let them know since you cannot read to use their links for that either.We have not spammed you, you willingly gave your email address and I have your signature to prove it.Do not ever email me again or I will get an order of harassment against you.Got it. Although it may have been rude I am tired of this mans threats and the fact that he has given my email address out to so many sex sites in the last few days it is awful.not to mention the false complaints he's made on several sites.We do not spam people they willing give us their email address if the want our weekly / monthly specials information. We have had to block his email address so he can no longer harass me.This is a hoax and I would like proof that I sell email addresses .Anyone who's ever asked to be taken of of our list has been taken off.And any one can click at the bottom of the gold canyon emails and be removed immediately.
