I was given no choice, I was assigned to this company, the Unemployment advisor. They did not discuss any fees with me, not talk of any costs to me. I was not given any way to communicate directly with this company, the Unemployment advisor. I attempted to send them an e-mail, but it was returned to me as delivery failed. They must have a block on their e-mail.

I fear my unemployment benefits have been compromised because of this company, the unemployment advisor. I have no other recourse. It is extremely frustrating to be boxed in like this, without my choosing and without any way out that I can see.

This company is a piece of sh*t. My sister, who is unemployed and doesn't own a computer, went to this web site thinking she was signing up for unemployment benefits. How she could be so gullible is beyond me because this site has nothing to do with any state or their unemployment offices. Consequently she used my email address (without my permission i'll add). Within 15 minutes i received 4 junk emails. Now i am getting at least 10 per day that make it through the junk filter and to my blackberry. There's no telling how many are being thrown into the junk folder too. Here are some examples: Forensics Science Training: Enter the world of criminal investigation Fast Auto Quotes: Shopping for an Auto Policy? Credit Card Help: Victim of the current crisis? Best Value Media: $250 gift details inside and so on..... I AM SO PISSED ABOUT THIS GARBAGE COMING TO ME! I have spent years protecting my email and using it for business purposes and now i'm dealing with THIS SH*T

If you read the terms of use, they call themselves unemployment benefit services. If you google that, you get a website "under construction". If you google "unemployment advisor" you see a blurb that says "the unemployment advisor" is owned by "Mindful Investments". If you go THAT website you get another barebone site stating as follows: "Mindful Investments, LLC I'm sorry for the bare bones website. We did have a fully operational website, but in the last three months we have received phone calls because of another Mindful Investment scamming people on the Internet. We have nothing to do with this scam, which is called Unemployment Advisor. If you have been scammed, I would encourage you to visit http://www.ic3.gov to report the Unemployment Advisor website. For business related issues, please contact me directly. Thank You." Banks are used in phishing scams, yet they don't shut down their websites. And he/she just says contact me directly. Like anyone knows who he/she is. In my opinion, he's trying to make himself/herself look legit, but not doing a good job of it. If you need unemployment, file with your state unemployment office. You're SOL.
