Theater Research ripoff SCAMMED by two punks Worcester Massachusetts
Talk about a SCAM.... I was approached by two males in their early 20's yesterday (9/25) about purchasing 2 brand new top of the line speakers.
They started off by telling me they worked for a company in Bridgwater and they had these speakers left over from an installation. They said their boss told them to get rid of them. They started off by asking $1000.00 for both speakers and they said they had invoices and warranties, I told them they were crazy.. They then went down to $750.00 for both, I still told them they were nuts.. But when they offered them to me for $350.00 and the price marked on the speakers was $1999.00 / each. I thought about it and decided to make the purchase..
I thought it was too good to be true... Well in the end I was right!!! I set them up and they work for S**T.. Well I lost out on $350.00. For anyone out there in the Worcester area that get approaced by 2 males in a White mini van one White and one Latino get their plates and get out of there with you cash in your pocket.....
