Prior to purchasing a membership to this company I asked if there was a dropshipping fee, they responded and stated they did not have a dropshipping fee. I also inquired about pricing examples of their products which I was not given.
However, after making a purchase I found that the price at which I can purchase their DVD's (at wholesale as they advertise) were more expensive than other places I do not have to pay for membership.
I was told in the email reponse above that (a direct quote from the email) 'You will be able to see pricing rates ones you are logged into the members area. We offer the lowest wholesale costs you will ever find!'
I was then told after being sent the login information that in order to get the REALLY good pricing and access to their dropship program I would have to spend an additional $49.99 I would have expected that information to have been disclosed prior to the sale so I could have made a better buying choice.
I have made several attempts to contact the company after the sale with no response at all, I have made a request for refund through the checkout service and still have not received any communication from the company.
The product was grossly missrepresented and they shouldn't be able to make sales like this.
