Themodchip.com theft by deception! Rip-off! San Marcos California
I sent my son's PS2 to these guys to have a modchip installed and they still have it 2 months later. I called a week after sending out (UPS) and the guy there ("Josh") stated that "yes, we received it". A week later, on a Monday I called again. "Josh" said that the unit would shipped out that Wednesday.
A few days later, their phone number was disconnected and they quit answering e-mails. Just the other day they wrote saying they never received it and that the order was canceled. They did charge my credit card for service however.
I sent this UPS - they confirmed its delivery. I have sent them at least 30 e-mails regarding this and haven't recieved one bit of support. I have been in touch with the Attorney General and am pursuing legal action. Steer clear of this site!
