To Whom It May Concern:

I had recently ordered a 15 day free sample from web site The Grant Assistant, which I did receive product and they did charge my account for 3.87 on 10/30/2006. I then cancelled any further product as I did not feel the product was helping me. I then received charge from Supreme Sales on 11/19/2006 for 149.95 two times for a total of 299.90. I received an e-mail conformation that the order was cancelled and once my credit card was credited I deleted the e-mails. The product did come a few days later to which I refused the product and the post man did not leave the product with me he did take it back. Now I have received a Statement from Recovery & Collection (account # A34065-666010) for a Thintabs order in November of 2002. I never ordered anything from you in 2002. I have prefect credit and have always paid my bills. If product was ordered by me in November 2002 you need to provide me with the credit card information, because to receive product via the mail system you would have had to get that information from me then.
