CIC Credit Monitor rip-off fraud consumer con artist fake consumer fraud ripoff Phoenix Arizona
I signed up for a free credit report from CIC Credit Monitor, 877-513-4175, by filling out required data fields. It asked for a credit card number before the "free credit report" could be processed. I did not seek any other their services and thought I cancelled the orginal request. One month later, my credit card was billed $79.95.
