I am pretty much going through the same thing , however I contacted them by phone on time , they dragged their feet for 2 months ( so far ) and want me to be responable to pay for the lapsed time. Did you pay them or are you contesting it ?

Cant you send another cancellation letter to them, certified mail, then after they get it, contest the charges with your credit card company?
