Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This complaint not only is due to advertising but to customer service as well. This company is a waste of money and I do not recommend this to anyone.  First off we were told that the campaign would be just for 1 day and we would receive 70-80 phone calls so be ready for them. Out of that we would have at least 5 new hirers. We got 11 the first day. Their records show a few more but their wasn't. Then I call the next day and they said no it will also run today. Well we got an additional 11 phone calls. 22 in total. Their records show 40. There is no way we got 40 phone calls since we answer ever call coming in. Second the calls we did get were from resumes that were at least a month old and they weren't even from the job description we were looking for. Example. We needed outside sales people NOT Paralegals, architects, secretaries, contractors and various other positions not retaining to the position we had wanted. Now when I had called to tell them the calls we were getting the lady on the phone was SUPER rude and she didn't care at all. I got her to do what is called a review on their end and all they sent me was this form in excel of a call log. That was it. So I had texted (yes texted since this is the only way to get in touch with them) my original rep since she was back in town. She had given me a call back and when I explained my concerned she said well that’s what you signed off on and well it’s a gamble. Gamble what the hell kind of company did I just hire to take a gamble with? She just wanted to get off the phone with me and didn't want to truely answer my concerns. I will be making more of these complaints on the internet to let people know not to hire this company since they REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT HELPING YOUR COMPANY OUT AT ALL!

5 Star review NOW!!!!

I have now changed my review on this company to 5 Stars. The owner has since been talking with me and has helped me with getting new employees. He checked his recorded conversations that I had with his employees and has agreed that they were out of line. Since then has made huge changes within the company to ensure customer satisfaction is number 1. Now have been working with them for some time now and have hired on many new employees to help build revenue in my company. Thanks again Chad at Time to hire for listening and correcting things within your company. I dont think I have ever had an owner call me with one of my complaints ever before. To me this was huge in my eyes that I was not mistreated by the company realy just by one person which I am sure we have all been there. So Thanks again Chad and look forward in many more years with working with your firm. Yes I do recomend this company to everyone out there!!!!!

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, April 22, 2016

As the owner of a small business, I've gotten used to the idea that there will always be some people who cannot be satisfied. Chris Garland is one of those people.

A simple Google search for "Chris Garland Safe House Exteriors" will tell you all you need to know about this person.  There are multiple reports of his roofing business that detail poor customer service and outright fraud.  In fact, he's got a ripoff report on this very site.

His claims about his experience with our company are slanderous and defamatory. They are patently false.   Chris Garland willfully failed to read any of the required documents and training videos we sent him which led to him completely misunderstand how our service works.  Even though he didn't read or watch anything, he acknoledged electronically in multiple locations that he, in fact, did.

Before we engage with a client, we try to do a brief amount of research to make sure we're not dealing with fraud or an irrational person.  Chris Garland somehow slipped through the cracks.  If you're planning to do business with this guy, be prepared to have a bad experience.
