i just looked at my bank balance and noticed 11.99 deducted from my account via my visa check card!!
i cant believe this. i am so upset. i am on disability and every penney is very important to me. that is why i knew immediatly something was wrong.
I have made on line purchases from buy.com kohls and other retailers, i dont know what is going on here.
i dont have the patience to deal with this type of agrivation but i want my 12 bucks back. thats a months supply of medication for me!
i am just so upset right now. i am going to go to my bank later today and file a complaint or something. if they do this to me every month i am going to be in big trouble.
i just want to yell at them.
