TMC Management/Joseph Noonan Joe unlawfully filed an eviction on me when he lost in court he took my deposit money for court cost. Minneapolis Minnesota
I lived in one of Joe's apartments on 62nd and Louisiana in brooklyn Park i lived there for 14months always paid on time i asked him if i could pay him late one month the week after it was due and that i would pay him a late fee he said no and that he would have to file on me i hung up the phone and when i got home he had his caretaker to give me an eviction notice i paid the rent anyway
went to court the judge ruled unlawful filing he made up lies still lost then when i was moving into my new house i cleaned up the apartment real good better than it was when i moved in my daughter took pictures but did not take pictures of the door and very small things that he knew people would't really pay attention to so he took part of my deposit to pay for the court cost dealing with him and his wife Jocelyn was the worst experience i ever had.

I just went through the samething with Joe Noonan. He over charged us with over fees, he didnt give me reciepts for rent I put in the drop box and then attempted by sending me a letter claiming if I didnt show my reciepts that he never gave to me threatened make me pay past rent that he claimed I owed.
He threaten my family with evictions, paying past due that was not owed. Went to court for the second time judge ruled for me not to pay the late charges because it was illegal to charge more then a certain amount. The judge made me pay for his court charges.
My main reason of my rebutal I would like to get a hold of some of these people that are making the complaints of getting ripped off by this man, so it!!!! can be stopped. who ever reads this email me [email protected]
I will go through the details on how we are going to proceed further
