I have Easy Pay on my account and ever since I have signed with them, they have messed up my bills, causing me to pay more than I should.. I paid 109.90 and they sadi they didnt receive it and turned my phone of. Only to be insulated by a customer service rep that told me, "You people need to find other ways of paying your bills" and told em that I had to pay 109.90 again, I stated NO and filed a complaint against this Kevin Hill guy and was told that I would get a call regarding , never got a call. Then I was hung up on several times, not to mention that I did finally get a person that understood me , recconnected my phone nad told me I had nothing to worry about but then come to find out they turned my phone off today telling me the same somg and dance... I know that there is a person on here that I filing a class action suit, and I think we all should get involved with it T Mobile needs to treat their customers with respect, they have piss poor training and it reflects in the calls...
