Please keep us posted on the progress of your action in Small Claims Court. I don't know how to go about pursuing this in Kentucky, but am willing to find out. I am also interested in following the Texas legislation (previous entry). If I can figure out how to do it, I will create a place on Facebook (unless you know of one already)? Perhaps we could collaborate better and support each other's efforts.

Fatih I feel your pain. Going through the same thing here in California. I wrote them a letter to demand a refund or I would sue. For the amount of money involved, Small Claims Court is our only option. But, the good news is Small Claims Court doesn't allow lawyers. It's just us against them. You have about 2 years from your contract to take legal action, so you need to start now. I'm getting ready to file mine in the next week or two. Don't let them get away with this, take them to Court. Amanda
