Topsy Turvy Tomato Over charged what was advertised Hartford, Connecticut
As advertised on TV, The Topsy Turvy Tomato planter was selling for $19.95, and if you order now, receive a second Topsy Turvy Free. So we ordered and we received the two Topsy Turvy in the mail. The problem is, when I checked the credit card statement, I was charged $65.69, over three times what was advertised. Apparently this is standard operating procedure because there is nothing either in or on the box about the company, No name, no address, no phone number. You bought it, you got it.
