Toshiba stated on January 28, 2014 that they sent my $50 rebate card on January 27, 2014. They also stated that it will take about 5-10 business days to come in. Today it is March 2, 2014 and I still have not gotten the rebate. This is highly upsetting because they are supposed to be a professional company. They lie about their rebates, and they do nothing to try to make it right, because apparently they don't even know my email as an account.
