My father has dementia.  I needed his DD214 discharge papers to be able to receive benefits from VA center.  I filled out online thru this TOUCHSTONE RESEARCH DD214.  This company portrayed the ease of receiving DD214 papers.  I am very apprehensive about giving out y credit card number.  I rarely do it, but they sure did seem legitimate.  I feel so bad for others that have paid more than I have.  Its the principle of how they operate!

  I submitted after giving them ALL INFO I could possible give.  My father has dementia so I gave everything I knew, which was much info.  It allowed me to submit.  Whew.....then on August 2, 2015, they FREELY withdrew from account WITHOUT sending my forms!!!!!  It was merely $9.95, but if they do this to everyone, they are making a boatload.  

I see on other websites that people are so upset because they withdrew over $100.00 from their accounts. This is wrong.  I called and called and never could get through.  I finally tried a different number and left a message that I was going to give BAD reviews.  Within 30 minutes "Shelly" called me and apologized.  She stated she UNDERSTOOD my side.  She apologized and said unfortunately "Tracy" can help me, as she can not.  She said she would e-mail 'TRACY" and also she suggested I call "Tracy."   If there IS such a person as "Tracy," she refuses to call anyone back.  I have tried twice and this Shelly stated she e-mailed her.  I paid for a service and never received my fathers DD214 papers.  I could have been helped by VA before hospice stepped in for my fathers health.  Touchstone couild have saved me money, but instead they COST me!  

Its WRONG they get away with this.  I feel they should be stopped.  I feel they should NOT ignore the consumers calls.  I feel its wrong they are quick to dig into bank accounts BEFORE they supply the consumer with merchandise.  Hoping you can stop them from doing this to other victims.
