Well, after the many e-mails I sent to the addresses I was able to locate, I received the following message: "Hello Angela, I just received your email from our website admin and I looked up your order and from what I can see that item is no longer in stock. It was in stock for a limited time and a very limited quantity and we shipped the items in the order that the orders were received. Your credit card has NOT been charged for this as we state that we will only charge your items when they are ready to ship. Should you still feel the need to contact a lawyer, please feel free to do so, however you were not charged for this order. Thank you, Bella" The funny thing is that I PREORDERED this item months ago, long before it was released. And their website also still lists it as "In Stock" My husband and I are ordering the item from a more reliable company www.buymetoys.com and we are cancelling our credit card out of fear of fraud or misuse from this hoax of a company. PLEASE....PLEASE...don't ever use toyglobe.com! They will not deliver!
