I ordered 2 in stock Lord of the Rings figures on January 21, 2006 which have gone up in price significantly since I ordered them, I received an order # which is 128743 but never recieceved the figures which are still in stock according to the website. I have sent multiple emails with my order number in the past 2 weeks but have heard nothing back, the response emails I have gotten are the automatic response saying they have recieved my email and will reply in 1-2 bussines days, which seems more 1-2 bussines months.

I just want to know what is going on with my order, has it been sent, was it cancelled or what, Please let me know.

I have a multitude of e-mails from toyglobe but all they ever say: Dear Brandon Broadway Your email has been received, you will receive a response within 1-2 business day. Do not reply to this email. Thank you for shopping at Toyglobe.com I check my junkmail folder daily and there has not ever been the e-mail response you speak of in there, I was very thorough in reading your policies before I placed my order, my spam blocker is setup to allow your e-mail as well as my junk mail filter, that is how I am able to receive the automated responses I already have. None of the e-mail I have received states anything about the items being out of stock or that my order has been processed. They all say the same thing stated above. I noticed that 2 weeks after I placed my order the price of one of the figures went up but still stated that it was in-stock. If it were out of stock when I ordered then it should have said such on the site, instead it was advertised as "Just IN" and if this was a mistake it should have been up-dated when the price was raised. I am happy to hear a confimation that my card has not been charged, and seeing as how my order has not been processed please cancel the order, considering the items are not in-stock there should be no re-stocking fee or any fee charged for cancellation of my order. Please send me confirmation of the cancelled order for my records so that I have piece of mind I will not be charged at a later date. Thank you, Brandon

Hello Brandon, Your credit card was not charged for this item because your item is marked as out of stock. I have looked over your order and I see that your emails using the online contact form have been marked as "sold out email" as well. Our database has a program that allows us to enter the order number into it and click submit and it will generate an automated response informing you that your items are currently sold out and that your order is cancelled. If you'd like to check your junk mail folder for these emails, you will probably find them there. We ask the clients allow all emails from a @toyglobe.com domain to go directly into the mail box, as this seems to be the reason that clients think we do not respond. If your email address is incorrectly typed on your order form or your spam blocker doesn't allow our emails to go in there is no other way for us to contact you regarding the status of the order. We are currently working on our inventory and our website administrator is updating the website in order to properly reflect what is in stock and out of stock. Thanks, Bella
