I ordered the NECA Crow statue (#112724)on November 2, 2005. I have not received the item to this point (12/22). I have sent 6 emails to toyglobe and have not heard a response. Although I have not been billed, I will be checking my credit report closely.

I simply want to receive my item or cancel the order if it can not be shipped. I could not find a telephone number anywhere and so I have been unsuccessful in contacting this company. I have heard numerous complaints about toyglobe; I only wish I had heard them sooner.

It pains me to deal with a dishonest company when all of my other internet transactions have been handled professionally and expediently. Someone has to be working at the company because the website is consistently updated. I hope some action comes as a result of this complaint. I am deeply troubled and angry at this situation.

Hello Chris, I have just been made aware of the fact that you posted a complaint on Ripoff Report regarding an order that you placed with us that you were NOT charged for. We have sent you numerous emails stating that your item is currently sold out and that we will not be charging your credit card. We ask on our policy page that you ensure that the domain name @toyglobe.com is not filtered as junk mail but it appears as though you have not done this. We can not be held responsible if you have blocked our domain name and we can not get in touch with you. Since this is an online company, we prefer to contact clients via email. Each and every single one of the THREE emails you have sent us has been answered. The first email you sent us was on November 17th and we replied with an automatic email informing you that the item is sold out and that your credit card would not be charged. The second email you sent us on November 26th and we replied with this email: Hello Chris, I have just looked up your order and I see that it is marked as sold out on your order form. This item will not be shipping out since it is not in stock. Thanks, Bella Toyglobe Customer Service Rep. [email protected] The third email that you sent us was on November 28th and we replied once again with the automatic email response that the order has been marked as sold out, your credit card was not charged, and that your order has been cancelled. Therefore, we have contacted you all THREE times that you have emailed us, not 6 as you state in your rip off report complaint. I am going to post this email to you on Rip Off Report as well since e-mailing your directly seems to be pointless and gets us no where. Therefore I hope that this case is resolved and you can rest assured knowing that we will NOT be charging your credit card for this order. Thanks, Bella
